I&#39;ve configured my shell to load the CIAOLIBDIR/DOTprofile file upon login per the Ciao docs, and can verify that it gets loaded. I start Emacs, open a &quot;<a href="http://foo.pl">foo.pl</a>&quot; file, and successfully get the Ciao mode.</div>
<div><br></div><div>However, when I use the menu to go to the &quot;Ciao system manual&quot;, it claims &quot;Could not find ciao: manual in info dir&quot;. In addition to having the INFOPATH variable set, I also manually add the &quot;/usr/local/share/info&quot; directory to &#39;Info-directory-list in Emacs. Since there&#39;s only a file &quot;<a href="http://ciao-1.14.2.info">ciao-1.14.2.info</a>&quot; in that folder, I&#39;ve also made a symlink to just &quot;<a href="http://ciao.info">ciao.info</a>&quot; in the same folder to see if that would work. None of the above has worked.</div>
<div><br></div><div>What can I do to get Emacs to incorporate the Ciao info file? I&#39;ve followed <a href="http://ciaohome.org/docs/branches/1.14/13646/CiaoDE-1.14.2-13646_ciao.html/CiaoMode.html#Installation of the Ciao emacs interface">these instructions</a>�to get my Emacs env setup, but I&#39;m obviously missing something.</div>
