I can not use in CIAO characters of the alphabet other than English, for example, Russian.
I have a Linux (Slackware 14.2) set up UTF-8 encoding. Compilation and installation are fine.
Does CIAO support UTF-8 encoding? If not, how can the sources be adjusted to work with
characters of national alphabets other than English, for example, in the encoding CP1251
(Russian encoding Windows).
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
