Hello -
I have installed the current version of Ciao Prolog on Windows 7.
I think the instructions in the user manual are out of date as it discusses a Zip file whereas the current download is an executable. The user manual also mentions a file called ForEmacs.txt but after installation of both Emacs and Ciao prolog I can find no sign of it.
At the end of the download the programming environment looks as if Emacs is being used, but if I shut down Emacs and the programming environment, I can make Emacs come up again by itself and also Ciao by itself, but I think the two should work together.
What is the current procedure for installing Ciao Prolog with Emacs on Windows 7? What is the procedure for restarting Ciao Prolog with Emacs after closing down at the end of a session?
Regards
