I've got this working, but I don't like the way that, in Ciao mode, emacs won't let me put tabs where I want.
Does anyone know how to allow TABs before and in comments without destroying the intended function of Ciao mode?
Thanks, John

I've installed v. 1.15 from source on Ubuntu 12.04. The install did not add any env vars and did not include anything in the .emacs file. I edited .bashrc and used absolute file paths and got some env vars but not CIAOLIBDIR. Also, ciao-mode-init.el does not exist (nor any other file with ciao-mode-init).
Should I be using 1.14? I've done ciaoconfig build, install and user install and most stuff works, but emacs won't recognize Ciao.
