When you open a Prolog file in emacs, do you see a tool bar? In that
case it is as simple as clicking on the debugging button. Otherwise
you can simply use the menus or do <C-c> <d> and issue a query.
We can also give you a small tutorial on how to do it by hand (the
issue is that it is a modular debugger and you have to mark modules
for debugging).
